Les began working with Andrew Corporation in Lochgelly Scotland in 1992 on a project at B-Sky-B in London. Through this Andrew continued the contract throughout Europe until late 1994. From Nov 1994 onwards Les worked directly with Andrew Corporation in Richardson, Dallas, USA for Earth Station installations worldwide.
Les worked so closely with the Andrew team that he was incorporated into the Andrew.com email system, as a permanant contractor.
From 1994 working for the ESA Systems Group through the transition period till it has become known today as ASC Signals, doing my last direct work in 2010.
As one of only few recognised Andrew Contractor’s worldwide, working closely with Andrew Corporation, and their personnel, Les provided field training for junior Andrew technicians as well as customers. In 1996, Les held Full NATO Military Clearances, and still holds Clearance for UK Mod sites.
Les has worked all over Europe, in the Middle East, Far East, Former CIS States, Russia, USA, Caribbean, and North Africa, in over 100 different Countries in all, installing well over 315 antennas for Andrew Corporation alone. References are available upon Request. Les has provided services in temperatures from -25C to + 50C, on 6 of the world’s 7 continents, in War Zones as well as countries with other high risks, the projects are completed with safety and security of the Crews and equipment deployed is very important.
Les also provides a wide range of services to customers with any antenna system or equipment configuration.
