Services offered include the ability to carry out comprehensive site surveys, project management, turnkey installations, commissioning and post-acceptance maintenance, together with consultancy and customer liaison. We can fill that vital need which every customer requires but few get: a continuous service from commencement of a project through to its acceptance and ongoing support throughout that system’s working life.

We are an independent company that has built its reputation on the quality of its work force. We neither distribute nor supply products, but are willing to provide a List of Partners that do.

Now in its 25th year, this company continues to build on its excellent reputation. We have engineering and labor services available throughout the world.

We are familiar with a range of Satellite antenna ancillary products, the Andrew & Walton De-icing Systems being our main area of expertise but we have experience in many others.

We have undertaken major contracts for customers world-wide, including:

  • Installation of many major Hub Earth Stations throughout the world that included C-band, X-band and “Ku, K and Ka” band large scale antennas.

  • Refurbishment and upgrade of large antennas.

    • Major site survey work and maintenance and repair contracts in the UK, Europe, Middle East & Far East, working with major Broadcast, Telephone, and Internet based organizations.

  • Installation of up to 9.3m antennas on roof tops in Moscow, London & Paris where it was not possible to use cranes.

If you are interested in specific installations or the service we can provide, please contact us for more information.

Expertise
Installation:
We provide our customers with the flexibility of ‘turn-key’ or man-day installation quotes. From highly experienced, theodolite qualified supervisors to eager, motivated and hard-working technicians, we have to meet the unique requirements of each project as specified by the client. Our goal is to relieve our clients of the burdens associated with requirements on site. We can make all arrangements for cranes, airfare, hotels, and transportation and will supply all required tools as requested by the client.

Relocation:
Our crews are capable of decommissioning Earth Stations as large as 9.4 meters in diameter. For Earth Station relocations, we will typically perform baseline reference tests prior to decommissioning in order to ensure that a product of equal quality is delivered to the new site. Our crews are experienced in the handling and crating of waveguide components, antenna feeds, antenna panels and control systems as well as the packaging and delivery of all rack-mounted electronic equipment. The only factor is that we must decommission an antenna if you expect us to meet all the above aspects.

Integration:
Our crews are as comfortable and competent in the equipment room as they are on the antenna.

Testing:Our engineers and supervisors are capable of performing all functional, RF related and Link tests associated with the verification and acceptance of Earth Stations including Return Loss, Radiation Patterns, Cross-pol and G/T measurements. Our staff not only records the data but also interprets, compiles and submits a full report detailing and/or explaining all results.

Training:
Our personnel are able to perform on-site training for the Maintenance, Technical and Engineering staff of our clients. We’ll take your Maintenance staff through the Preventive Maintenance recommendations of the manufacturer(s). More in depth training can be supplied to your Technical and Engineering personnel including Functional, Operational and Theory of Operation courses. At the conclusion of each project we feel it is important that our customers have a full understanding of the functional and operational capabilities of their new system.

Maintenance:
We can propose and implement a maintenance schedule tailored to your particular Earth Station requirements. We can provide periodic lubrication and corrosion control as well as troubleshooting and equipment repair on an ‘as required basis’. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of availability and minimizing costly equipment down time.
